To get started, lauhcn the app, tap on the button at the bottom, then enter your phone number. An SMS with a verification code will be sent to the phone number you entered. If it doesn't arrive, check if you entered the correct phone number.

After you successfully signed in, choose a psychic, and then tap on Start Free Chat.

Being in a chat with your advisor, tap on the Book Now button, choose the session length, and confirm the booking. You may also tap on ANOTHER TIME and open the Custom booking screen for more booking options.

You may check an advisor's availability on the Custom booking screen (see 'How do I schedule a session?'). Swipe the calendar to see the available hours for the upcoming days.

Yes, you can check the advisor's availability on the Custom booking screen (see 'How do I schedule a session?') and book a session again.

Yes, you can do that — before the session started — in the All Sessions tab (calendar icon). Just tap on the advisor or the recycle bin icon and confirm the cancellation.

In case you decide to cancel your booking, the corresponding funds will be returned to your balance.

Currently, PsychicBook charges payments only via Google Play Store/Apple App Store in-app purchase system. If your payment method can be added to those platforms, has sufficient funds, and has no payment limitations set up, the purchase should be successfully processed. You may contact your payment method provider to find out about any existing limitations and how to add it to Google/Apple payment systems.

You can do that in the Settings tab (gear-wheel icon). Just tap on Buy Package and you'll be redirected to the purchase screen. You will also be redirected to the purchase screen whenever you try to book a session without having enough funds on your balance. The purchase screen will reappear after a successful purchase until you make enough purchases for the corresponding session.

It all depends on the number and complexity of the questions and areas of life you would like to review. You may book a session for a fixed period of time: 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, or 60 minutes. And you may extend it for the same fixed periods, as many times as you want, given you have sufficient funds on your balance.

Once in a rare while you may feel dissatisfied with the services you received from our advisors. If this is the case, feel free to contact our customer support team. Though, make sure you're not being prejudiced or simply unwilling to take truth and responsibility for all the things happening in your life. We make sure we deliver the highest standards of service.

When talking with an online psychic on PsychicBook, you are encouraged to open yourself up - it's an absolute must for any successful reading. Not to mention that when you're not meeting someone in person, they are less apt to pick up on your body language, what you're wearing, etc., assuming all that has nothing to do with psychic power. If you're worried about which one offers a better result, you can relax. You need not have your hands on the cards to receive a proper reading.
