If you’re asking about a change in behavior, make a note of when you first saw it. Mention any recent changes in your pet’s home or routine. Have your pet’s name, age and species ready, along with your main question, and ask whether the reader wants a photo. There’s no need to write your pet’s whole life story before the chat.
